We decided to reach it out to him to be our realtor. We already had found a house. We called him super late one night and he had access to the house the next morning. He was excellent before and during our home purchase. Our transaction wasn’t the easiest to say the least, but he hung in there and learned a lot in the process. We were leaving for a trip out of state and he made sure everything was covered. He even met the movers at our new home to let them in while we were out of town. It’s the little things he did. Everyone he put me in contact with to update my home or take pics/video of my home was a 5-star quality professional. He worked with my travel schedule, he was available outside of standard office hours and he was extremely responsive.
